Our Promise
We stand behind the quality of every piece we create. If your order arrives damaged, we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In original packaging with all protective materials
- Free of any damage not caused during shipping
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no additional cost to you, including free shipping.
What to Include in a Damage Claim:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging (if damaged in transit)
- Brief description of the issue
Returns for Other Reasons
If your item is not damaged but you simply wish to return it (change of mind, doesn’t match decor, etc.), the following applies:

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized items (unless defective or incorrect)
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling after delivery
How to Request a Return

Contact Us
Visit our Contact Page and submit a return request. Include your order number and reason for the return.

Receive Approval
Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours with return authorization and instructions.

Ship Your Return
Carefully repack the item in its original packaging and ship it to the provided return address.

Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund (minus any applicable restocking fee) within 5-7 business days.
Refund Details
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Your bank may take additional time to process the refund
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund. After this window, orders enter our production queue and cannot be cancelled. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
