If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, we will send a free replacement at no additional cost to you.
Once verified, we will produce and ship your replacement immediately.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused and in original packaging.
Please note:
Because each piece is printed on-demand specifically for you, orders go into production quickly.
We are unable to offer refunds for accidental orders once production has begun.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
